Sinterkor Crowns

A thin layer of wax-infused palladium mesh is formed into the prepared die. It is encased in a refractory material and sprued with a 24k gold rod. It is then sintered in a porcelain oven. The gold melts and flows into the mesh leaving behind a gold coping. The uniform thickness is a mere .3mm. Porcelains are used to create the final restoration.
